This console depends on the server and central application being reachable. If the whole host is offline, use AWS recovery. Independent external monitoring is needed to measure a full host outage.

Add a company directly
Use this when you have verified the business outside the signup form. To test HireFlow, create a separate trial company such as Sandbox Hire. You can archive it and delete the unpaid trial when finished.

Connect Stripe
Collect HireFlow subscription payments after the 30-day free trial. Customers enter their card details securely in Stripe Checkout.

- Save and test your platform Stripe connection above.
- Open Companies → Manage company, choose the plan and monthly or annual billing, then save.
- Create and copy the payment link, then send it to the company owner. After they finish Checkout, Stripe charges automatically at the recorded trial end and each renewal.
A connection alone does not charge customers. Create the link more than 48 hours before trial expiry, or after the trial ends. HireFlow blocks early charging during the final 48 hours.
Plans and pricing
All features · Unlimited users on every plan. Annual billing includes 12 months for the price of 11.
Australian dollars, excluding GST. The 30-day trial begins when a workspace is activated. Edit each tier below. New subscribers receive the updated price. Existing subscribers keep their agreed rate until you change their plan or rate explicitly.
Each active asset record offered for hire counts as one hire asset. For example, three individually tracked assets in one booking group count as three; the group itself adds no extra asset. Bookable attachments and trailers count. Archived and Not For Hire assets are excluded. Set an agreed monthly price and optional asset allowance for each business with 151+ hire assets using its company card. Exceeding the plan shows an alert; it does not stop bookings.
